SINYO Boron Nitride ceramic is made by hot press process in vacuum environment. Before hot pressing process, we need to cold press high purity platy hexagonal boron nitride powder to cylinder shape. This step will achieved in an isopressing machine.

After shape repairing by lathe, a cold isopressing BN cylinder is fit to hot press. It will be hot press in a C-C mold at high temperature and pressure for almost 24hours.

To achieve different shape part, we will use standard high speed steel cutting tools like lathe, miller, drilling machine to make precision machining.
